CTEC has established a library in order to provide knowledge to the communities that it is serving. This is a project organised in collaboration with The Israel Forum for Humanitarian Aid (IsraAID). Isra Aid has provided CTEC with library books and a computer for the library. It has both lending and reference library services for the communities of Hikkaduwa Divisional Secreteriat area.
